| 1 | cup flour |
| 1 | cup ground flax seed |
| 3 | teaspoon baking powder |
| 1 | tablespoon sugar |

| 1/4 | cup banana |
| 1 | cup soy milk |
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Cut in banana until crumbles form.
- Stir in milk and add-ins.
- Drop a spoonful (or make them into cute shapes) onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 450 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes, or until just brown on top.
