garlic cloves, crushed |

oz. diced tomatoes |

cups cheese, chedder or colby |
| 1 1/2 |
cups monterey jack cheese |

Directions
- Combine onion, garlic, chlili powder, and oil in saucepan. Cook and stir until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper and heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 30 minutes.
- Mix cheeses. Spoon about 2 T cheese into each tortilla; roll up. Place tortillas, seam sides down in ungreased rectangular baking dish. Pour sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered. Top with lettuce, black olives, and sour cream (not taken into consideration with calories).
