| 2 1/2 | cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped |
| 1 | cup onion, diced |
| 1 | cup green pepper, diced |
| 3 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | cooking spray |
| 15 | oz tomato sauce |
| 1 1/2 | tsp oregano |
| 2 | tsp chili powder |
| 2 | tsp cumin |
| 15 | oz pumpkin |
| 30 | oz. cooked black beans, drained and rinsed |
| 3 | cups fat free chicken broth |
- Sautee onions, green peppers, and garlic until soft.
- Add spices and cook for 1 minute.
- Add to crockpot along with other ingredients.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
