| 1 | cup heavy whipping cream |
| 7 | oz white chocolate chips |
| 3 | tbsp splenda |
| 3 | tbsp lime juice |
| 3 | kiwi, peeled and sliced |
| 1/2 | cup papaya, seeded peeled and cubed |
| 5 | strawberries |
- peel/seed fruit. Cut strawberries to fan out for garnish.
- bring 1/4 cup cream to simmer and add 5 oz white chocolate chips, lime juice, reducing heat and stirring often to melt chips. Once melted, take off heat and allow to cool in fridge.
- whip remaining 3/4 cup cream untill soft peaks form, add splenda, and continue to whip untill you get hard peaks. Fold in cooled mixture. layer with fruit and cream, top with strawberry and remaining chips.
