Zucchini Recipe

garden fresh zucchini italian style

Ingredients
2 cups squash
2 cups zucchini
2 medium tomatoes
2 medium onions
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic
Directions
  1. place olive oil in the bottom of a large frying pan, heat on medium

  2. add diced up tomatoes, garlic cloves, and onion slices

  3. sautee until onions are transparent

  4. add zucchini & squash, season with italian seasoning

  5. allow to simmer until tender
