Risotto Parmigiana Recipe

parmesan rice

Ingredients
2 cups rice
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 cups water
Directions
  1. place water, rice, and margarine in a large sauce pan

  2. boil until water has evaporated and rice is tender (about 20 minutes)

  3. mix in parmesan

  4. pour into 7X11 0r 9X13 pan

  5. serve with your favorite meat dish
