parmesan rice
| 2 | cups rice |
| 2 | tbsp margarine |
| 1/2 | cup parmesan cheese |
| 4 | cups water |
- place water, rice, and margarine in a large sauce pan
- boil until water has evaporated and rice is tender (about 20 minutes)
- mix in parmesan
- pour into 7X11 0r 9X13 pan
- serve with your favorite meat dish
