Oatmeal bar similar to granola bar
| 1/4 | cup Light Corn Syrup |
| 1/2 | cup Light Brown Sugar |
| 1/2 | cup Butter |
| 2 1/4 | cups Quaker Oats, Quick cook |
- Put syrup, sugar and butter into a large saucepan
- Over medium heat stir until butter is melted and liquid just begins to simmer
- Put oats in a large mixing bowl
- Pour hot syrup, sugar and butter mix over oats and mix well
- Grease a shallow 12X9 inch pan
- Spread mixture into pan evenly
- Cook at 350F for 15 mins or until golden
- Cool slightly and cut into 16 even slices
- Allow to finish cooling and enjoy as a quick snack or an on-the-go breakfast
