thanksgiving dessert

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup demerara sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
  1. chill applesauce and oil

  2. combine flour, spices, bs, bp, and salt

  3. cream sugar with oil/applesace mixture. add pumpkin, maple, vanilla, and vinegar

  4. stir in flour mixture

  5. fold in nuts (toasted)

  6. bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes
