cup applesauce |

cup demerara sugar |

cup pumpkin |

tablespoon maple syrup |

teaspoon apple cider vinegar |

teaspoons vanilla |

cup pecans, chopped |
Directions
- chill applesauce and oil
- combine flour, spices, bs, bp, and salt
- cream sugar with oil/applesace mixture. add pumpkin, maple, vanilla, and vinegar
- stir in flour mixture
- fold in nuts (toasted)
- bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes
