Carrot and Mint Soup Recipe

Clean tasting soup

Ingredients
4 carrots
1 leek
1 baking potato
1 pint of water
35 g fresh mint
1 tsp salt
Directions
peel and chop all vegetables and put in saucepan, add water add salt, boil until all the vegetables are cooked which is about 25 minutes, then hand blend the soup into a smooth mixture adding the mint in.
