Good stuff. And pretty healthy. :)

Ingredients
4 potatoes
1 tsp butter
2 tsp whipped cream
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Boil potatos

  2. Drain some or all water

  3. Add milk and other ingredients to taste.

  4. Mash.
