Stephani's Banana Bread Recipe

Yummy banana bread!

Ingredients
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c sugar
1/4 c butter
1 egg
1 c banana
1/2 c skim milk
1 c chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan.

  2. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Set aside.

  3. Beat sugar, butter and egg until smooth. Add bananas and milk, mixing well. Add flour mix and beat just until smooth. Add 1 c walnuts or pecans, or chocolate chips.

  4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
