Yummy banana bread!
| 2 1/2 | c all purpose flour |
| 3 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | c sugar |
| 1/4 | c butter |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | c banana |
| 1/2 | c skim milk |
| 1 | c chocolate chips |
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan.
- Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- Beat sugar, butter and egg until smooth. Add bananas and milk, mixing well. Add flour mix and beat just until smooth. Add 1 c walnuts or pecans, or chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
