Crustless Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Delicious substitute to regular Pumpkin Pie. Each serving is one custard dish, which is quite large.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 2/3 cups evaporated skim milk
1/4 tsp allspice
Directions
Thouroughly combine pumpkin, splenda brown sugar blend, spices. Blend in beaten eggs & milk. Pour into custard dishes, that have been oil sprayed. Set custard dishes in a pan with 1" water. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 25-30 min, or until when knife is inserted in comes out clean.
