Delicious substitute to regular Pumpkin Pie. Each serving is one custard dish, which is quite large.
| 1 1/2 | cups pumpkin |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 3/4 | cup splenda brown sugar blend |
| 1/4 | tsp cloves |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 | tsp nutmeg |
| 1 2/3 | cups evaporated skim milk |
| 1/4 | tsp allspice |
Thouroughly combine pumpkin, splenda brown sugar blend, spices. Blend in beaten eggs & milk. Pour into custard dishes, that have been oil sprayed. Set custard dishes in a pan with 1" water. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 25-30 min, or until when knife is inserted in comes out clean.Categories
