easy soup to make from store bought bean mixes
| 24 | oz. dry beans |
| 29 | oz. diced tomatoes |
| 5 | celery stalks, diced |
| 6 | carrots, diced |
| 1 | salt to taste |
| 1 | pepper to taste |
| 1/2 | tsp. poultry seasoning |
| 1 | large onion, diced |
| 3 1/2 | tsp. minced garlic |
| 4 | cups chicken broth |
- soak beans overnight in water to cover
- place drained soked beans and all but seasonings in crockpot. Add enough water to cover all ingredients if chicken broth doesn't cover. Season to taste. Simmer on low for 8 to 1 hours until beans are tender.
