Crock Pot Soup Recipe

easy soup to make from store bought bean mixes

Ingredients
24 oz. dry beans
29 oz. diced tomatoes
5 celery stalks, diced
6 carrots, diced
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 large onion, diced
3 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
4 cups chicken broth
Directions
  1. soak beans overnight in water to cover

  2. place drained soked beans and all but seasonings in crockpot. Add enough water to cover all ingredients if chicken broth doesn't cover. Season to taste. Simmer on low for 8 to 1 hours until beans are tender.
