Liz's Chili

Makes 8 servings

Vegetarian chili. 2 jars of sauce worth.

Ingredients
50 oz pasta sauce
1 large onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 small zucchinis
30 oz of black beans
15 oz of red kidney beans
1 1/3 tbsp chili seasoning mix
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 jalapeno pepper
Directions
  1. Add sauce to large pot, and simmer.

  2. Add spices and jalepeno pepper.

  3. Saute and add onion, peppers, zuchhini.

  4. Add beans 30 minutes before serving.

  5. Serve with sour cream and cheese, over brown rice, with corn or beer bread.
