Ingredients
1 egg
1 egg white
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup banana
1 cup pumpkin, canned without salt
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped cranberries
Directions
  1. combine eggs sugar, oil, banana, and pumpkin. in large bowl combine flour, pie spice, soda; make well in center. pour pumpkin mixture into well; stir just until dry ingredients are moist. stir in cranberries. spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
