Turkey Meatballs

Makes 12 servings

for spaghetti

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground turkey
2 tbsp skim milk
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
  1. Mix together all ingredients but the olive oil. Roll into 12 balls.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned, about 20 minutes. Drain excess fat. Serve with spaghetti.
