Chicken Salsa, Slow Cooker Recipe

Crockpot Chicken Salsa

Ingredients
900 grams chicken breast, meat only
1 oz Taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
10 3/4 ozs. Cream of Mushroom Soup, 98% fat free
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
Directions
  1. Cut chicken into bit size pieces and put in crock pot.

  2. Sprinkle Taco seasoning over chicken.

  3. Mix soup and salsa together and pour over chicken.

  4. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours

  5. Stir in sour cream and serve over rice.
