Tuna Salad with Apple & Celery Recipe

Ingredients
7 oz. tuna, in pouch
1 small apple, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, to taste
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Serve over lettuce or with bread. Makes about 2 cups, so 1/2 cup per serving.
