Favorite Crockpot Chili

Makes 16 servings

Easy crockpot chili recipe with coarsely ground beef and beans.

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef round or chuck
1 cup chopped onion
30 oz. red kidney beans, drained (2 cans)
29 oz. tomatoes, drained (2 cans)
1 green pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 Salt, to taste
Directions
  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with the chopped onion.

  2. Put the ground beef, onions, and other ingredients in a 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Stir well.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 11 hours.
