Carrot Soup Version 2 Recipe

Makes 24 servings


Creamy carrot soup

Ingredients
3 lbs. carrots
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp onion
14 cups water
Directions
Chop carrots, onions, and celery. Add with water to a 3 quart pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 2 hours until everything is soft. Puree carrots and onions and return to the pot. Heat and stir. Enjoy!
