Creamy carrot soup
| 3 | lbs. carrots |
| 2 | stalks celery |
| 1 | tbsp onion |
| 14 | cups water |
Chop carrots, onions, and celery. Add with water to a 3 quart pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 2 hours until everything is soft. Puree carrots and onions and return to the pot. Heat and stir. Enjoy!Categories
