Bean and tomato goodness

Ingredients
1 T olive oil
1/2 large onion
2 stalks celery
2 small red potatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 large tomato
1 3/4 cups tomato, diced
1 3/4 cups black beans
2 cups water
1 T cumin
1 T chili powder
1/2 t coriander
Directions
Chop, saute, simmer, yum.
