Greek Salad

Makes 10 servings

A modified greek salad I learned from my step-mother. She used feta and black olives in hers as well.

Ingredients
6 cups cauliflower
6 cups broccoli, flower clusters
1 cup green onion
4 oz. mushrooms, canned drained solids
16 oz. Salad Dressing, Italian, Commercial, Regular, With Salt
Directions
  1. Combine in large bowl, cover and shake well. Keep in fridge, shaking often, until veggies are well marinated (overnight is best).

  2. The dressing is merely a marinade, so you won't be eating as much as it seems from the portions.
