Cole County Mustard Recipe

Hot and Sweet Mustard - great for burgers and brats, pretzels...

Ingredients
1 cup dry mustard - Coleman's
1 cup sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
3 eggs
Directions
  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. add cider vinegar

  3. cover and stand overnight

  4. mix in eggs

  5. heat in double-boiler to thicken
