Corn Chowder Recipe

1 serving equals 2 scant ladels

Ingredients
1 medium onion
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
14 1/2 oz potatoes
15 1/4 oz corn
1 cups cream
1 cup milk
1 cup skim milk
Directions
  1. melt butter then cook onions until transparent.

  2. Mix salt and pepper into flour and add to butter. Stir and slowly add cream and milk. Mixture will thicken.

  3. Add potatoes and corn. Cook until thickened.
