| 1 | medium onion |
| 3 | tbsp flour |
| 3 | tbsp butter |
| 14 1/2 | oz potatoes |
| 15 1/4 | oz corn |
| 1 | cups cream |
| 1 | cup milk |
| 1 | cup skim milk |
- melt butter then cook onions until transparent.
- Mix salt and pepper into flour and add to butter. Stir and slowly add cream and milk. Mixture will thicken.
- Add potatoes and corn. Cook until thickened.
