Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

cup strawberries |
| 1/2 |
banana |
| 1 |
cup yogurt |
| 1/2 |
cup orange juice |
| 1 |
scoop Whey Protein Powder |
Directions
- cut strawberries in half
- slice 1/2 medium banana
- add low fat yogurt and 1 scoop of Whey Powder (Whey can be ommitted this just boosts protein content). Place all contents in blender or I use hand blender in cup large enough to hold all contents blend at low speed until solids cut up 20 - 30 seconds then blend at high speed for 20 seconds more. Note any other berries can be substitued.
