Hearty Cream of Broccoli & Potato Soup Recipe

Soup

Ingredients
5 cloves garlic, minced
120 g onion, minced
425 g potatoes, diced
150 g Broccoli, chopped fine
2 tbsp margarine
50 g whole wheat flour, about 3 1/2 tbsp
1 1/2 cups so nice original
3 cups imagine foods vegetable broth
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
  1. Bring water to a boil and add potato cubes.

  2. Cook potatoes until fork tender.

  3. In an iron or stainless skillet sauté garlic and onion in canola butter.

  4. Add flour and create a rue.

  5. Add rice milk, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, cumin and cooked potatoes and cook until mixture is rich and creamy about 10 minutes.
