italian sausage and pasta
| 5 | links italian sausage |
| 1/4 | cup olive oil |
| 16 | oz penne pasta |
| 1 | bell pepper |
| 1 | clove garlic |
- cut italian sausage into 1/2" pieces
- peel and halve the garlic
- cut the green pepper into 1/4-1/2" slices and then cut cut slices in half
- start the penne cooking
- heat olive oil
- add italian sausage and brown until almost fully cooked
- add garlic and bell pepper slices
- cook an additional 3-5 minutes but not to the point where the garlic is carmelizing.
- drain pasta mix together and enjoy!
