Chicken Chow Mein

4 oz serving size

Ingredients
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
2 oz celery
18 oz chicken, boiled
2 tbsp olive oil
4 oz water chestnuts
10 oz cream of chicken soup, low fat, low sodium
4 oz water
Directions
  1. boil chicken and remove meat, chop coarsely

  2. sautee onion celery and garlic in olive oil

  3. add other ingredients, add salt and pepper (soy sauce)

  4. to taste

  5. serve over rice
