Ingredients

cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 1/2 |
cups oats |

tsp baking powder |
| 3 |
tbsp sugar |
| 2 |
eggs |
| 3 |
tbsp vegetable oil |
| 1 3/4 |
cups skim milk |
| 1 1/2 |
tbsp cinnamon |
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together. Add the eggs,milk, and oil. Mix until smooth. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto a hot griddle or frying pan and cook. Flip over when bubbles rise to the surface and the bottom is golden brown.
