Grandma's Pumpkin Pie - Low Fat Recipe

Makes 8 servings


Save calories by using low fat evaporated milk. But, best using regular evaporated milk (creamier).

Ingredients
15 oz pumpkin (13/4 cups)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
12 oz evaporated milk, low fat
1 Pie Crusts, Pillsbury All Ready Rolled
Directions
  1. Mix all in a large bowl. Use Pillbury crust for ease.

  2. Bake at 375? for 25 minutes. Cover crust for next 20 minutes.
