| 3/4 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/2 | tsp ginger |
| 1/4 | tsp cloves |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 3 | eggs, slightly beaten |
| 12 | oz evaporated milk, low fat |
| 1 | Pie Crusts, Pillsbury All Ready Rolled |
- Mix all in a large bowl. Use Pillbury crust for ease.
- Bake at 375? for 25 minutes. Cover crust for next 20 minutes.
