Lowfat cornbread mix.

Ingredients
| 1 |
cup Cornmeal |
| 1/2 |
cup milk, lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat |
| 1 |
Egg White |
| 1 |
tablespoon flour |
| 1 |
tablespoon Canola Oil |
Directions
- Mix Cornmeal,milk,egg white and flour in bowl.
- Preheat oven to 425 Degrees and place canola oil into skillet. Place the skillet into the oven until hot.
- Pour the meal mixture into the skillet, allowing the meal to displace the oil to the sides. The mixture should sizzle lightly when pouring.
- Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
- Cut into 6 wedges and serve.
