A quick brakfast banana smoothie with the added benefit of bran

Ingredients
1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup kellogg's, all-bran with extra fiber
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
  1. Put all in blender and blend till smooth and creamy. Add a little water to thin if necessary
