Fish dish
| 1/2 | cup nuts |
| 1/4 | cup bread crumbs |
| 1 | tablespoon Dijon mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon honey |
| 1 | salt |
| 1 | pepper |
| 7 | ounces flounder |
- Pre-heat oven to 500°F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray
- Mix together pistachios and bread crumbs in shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper until smooth. Dip fish into mustard mixture to coat, then coat with bread crumbs. Place onto a prepared baking sheet.
- Place into pre-heated oven and turn the oven down to 375°F. Bake until the fish is done, about 15 minutes.
