Pistachio Encrusted Tilapia Recipe

Fish dish

Ingredients
1/2 cup nuts
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 salt
1 pepper
7 ounces flounder
Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 500°F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray

  2. Mix together pistachios and bread crumbs in shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper until smooth. Dip fish into mustard mixture to coat, then coat with bread crumbs. Place onto a prepared baking sheet.

  3. Place into pre-heated oven and turn the oven down to 375°F. Bake until the fish is done, about 15 minutes.
