Ingredients
1 large egg
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups blueberries
Directions
  1. Mix wet ingredients with blueberries

  2. Mix dry ingredients

  3. Fold wet and dry

  4. Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes
