Fresh Kiwi Syrup Recipe

A light and delicious fruity syrup for pancakes or waffles that is easy to make in a blender or Vita-mix.

Ingredients
1/2 cup kiwi, chopped
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup sugar
1/8 lemon wedge, juice of
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender or Vita-mix and run on high for about 3 minutes.

  2. 1 serving is about 1/8 cup which is good for 2 to 3 pancakes unless you like to smother them.

  3. Serve warm or cold.

  4. Refrigerate unused portions and use within 2 - 3 days or less. If it tastes even a little sour, it's gone bad.
