A light and delicious fruity syrup for pancakes or waffles that is easy to make in a blender or Vita-mix.
| 1/2 | cup kiwi, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup honey |
| 1/8 | cup sugar |
| 1/8 | lemon wedge, juice of |
- Place all ingredients in the blender or Vita-mix and run on high for about 3 minutes.
- 1 serving is about 1/8 cup which is good for 2 to 3 pancakes unless you like to smother them.
- Serve warm or cold.
- Refrigerate unused portions and use within 2 - 3 days or less. If it tastes even a little sour, it's gone bad.
