Ingredients

cup poppy seeds |

cup milk |

cup butter |

cup granulated sugar |

tsp lemon juice |

cups flour |

tsp baking powder |

tsp salt |

tbsp brown sugar |

Directions
- put poppy seeds and milk in small bowl.let stand 30 minutes.combine butter,sugar and egg in bowl.beat.add second egg and lemon juice.beat until smooth.stir in poppy seed mixture.measure flour,baking powder,salt in a small bowl.mix well.bake in 350F oven for 1 hour.Pour glaze over top.cool 10 minutes before removeing from pan to cool.
