Soy Milk Smoothie Recipe

Berries and banana smoothie made with soy milk. From the American Diabetes Association. plain or vanilla soy milk , banana, frozen strawberries or raspberries , vanilla or almond extract, Equal® Spoonful or Equal® packets cvt

Ingredients
3 cups plain soy milk or vanilla soy milk
1 banana, peeled and frozen
149 g (1 cup frozen) strawberries (9318) or raspberries
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
8 g (8 packets) Equal sweetener (83289) or 1/3 cup Equal® Spoonful
Directions
  1. Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag and freeze.

  2. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
