| 2 | cups flour |
| 3/4 | cup yellow cornmeal |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons baking powder |
| 3 | large eggs |
| 1/4 | cup whiskey |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1/2 | cup chocolate chips |
| 1/2 | cup nuts |
- Combine eggs and sugar and beat until fluffy-ish. Add 1/4 cup amaretto (whiskey was listed in calorie counter) and beat. Add dry ingredients and beat until combined. Stir in nuts and chips. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Shape into 2 logs and bake 325° for 35 minutes.
- Let cool 5 minutes. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
- Bake 25 minutes more.
