Cheeseless whole wheat vegetable pizza

Makes 8 servings

Yummy healthy pizza.

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup Eggplant
1/2 small onion
1/4 cup mushrooms
6 g sun-dried tomatoes
1 oz roasted red peppers
2 tbsp fresh basil
82 g artichoke hearts
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Directions
  1. Mix together water, olive oil, sugar, salt, whole wheat flour and yeast

  2. Kneed dough together for about 10 minutes

  3. let rise for about an hour

  4. pound down and roll out into a thin 12" pizza crust

  5. Top with remaining ingredients and place in the oven untill crust is done and brown.
