Yummy healthy pizza.

Ingredients
| 1/2 |
cup water |
| 1 |
tbsp Olive Oil |
| 1/2 |
tbsp sugar |
| 1/2 |
tsp Salt |
| 1 1/4 |
cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 |
tsp yeast |
| 1/2 |
cup zucchini |
| 1/2 |
cup Eggplant |
| 1/2 |
small onion |
| 1/4 |
cup mushrooms |
| 6 |
g sun-dried tomatoes |
| 1 |
oz roasted red peppers |
| 2 |
tbsp fresh basil |
| 82 |
g artichoke hearts |
| 2 |
tbsp tomato sauce |
Directions
- Mix together water, olive oil, sugar, salt, whole wheat flour and yeast
- Kneed dough together for about 10 minutes
- let rise for about an hour
- pound down and roll out into a thin 12" pizza crust
- Top with remaining ingredients and place in the oven untill crust is done and brown.
