Pork-pinto-kidney-salsa-chili

Low fat chili

Ingredients
1 Pork chop, Bone-in,Lean,Broiled
1 cup dry pinto beans
1 cup dry red kidney beans
1 cup salsa
2 cups diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 medium yellow onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon pepper
Directions
  1. Boil beans, garlic, onions, salt, pepper and chili powder until semi-tender. Add pork chop and cook until meat fall off of bone and breaks into small pieces. Add salsa and 1 can diced mexican tomatoes with flavor at the end so as not to burn during boiling process.
