cup dry pinto beans |
| 1 |
cup dry red kidney beans |
| 1 |
cup salsa |
| 2 |
cups diced tomatoes |
| 2 |
tablespoons minced garlic |
| 1 |
medium yellow onion |
| 1 |
tablespoon chili powder |
| 1 |
tablespoon garlic salt |
| 1 |
tablespoon pepper |
Directions
- Boil beans, garlic, onions, salt, pepper and chili powder until semi-tender. Add pork chop and cook until meat fall off of bone and breaks into small pieces. Add salsa and 1 can diced mexican tomatoes with flavor at the end so as not to burn during boiling process.
