Low Calorie Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
6 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
12 teaspoons Splenda
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup carrots
4 tablespoons raisins
Directions
  1. Combine sifted dry ingredients in separate bowl. Combine wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients slowly.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
