| 10 | oz. frozen peas |
| 3 | tbs. tapioca, instant |
| 1 | tsp. salt |
| 1 | pepper, basil, marjoram |
| 2 | cups water |
- Put the meat on the bottom of crockpot, layer in all ingredients except peas. Add spices to taste (about 1 tsp. each of dried basil and marjoram).
- Cover and cook on high 5-8 hours.
- Add peas 20 min. before serving. If you don't like the potatoes to get so soft, you can cook them separately and add at the end.
- Also this is low on the meat. You could double it.
