Garlicky goodness!
| 1 | tablespoons butter |
| 3 | tablespoons garlic, minced |
| 2 | tablespoons soy sauce |
| 1/4 | teaspoon pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon parsley, dried |
| 1 | lb. chicken breasts, boneless |
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine the butter, galric, soy sauce, pepper and parsley in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on High for 1 minute or until butter is melted.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange chicken on cookie sheet and coat with some of the butter mixture, reserving some for basting
- Bake for 45 minutes until juices run clear, turning occasionally and basting with remaining butter mixture.
