can use left over roast beef for a short cut
| 6 | ounces beef cut in thin strips |
| 2 | tablespoons olive oil |
| 16 | ounces chinese vegetables |
| 2 | tablespoons teriyaki sauce |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground ginger |
- using frying pan saute beef in olive oil with garlic and ginger
- add vegetables and saute 10 minutes
- add teriyaki sauce and cook 5 minutes more
- serve over rice
