| 2 | cups Bisquick |
| 1 | cup milk, 2% |
| 2 | eggs, large |
| 1 | tablespoon sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 1 | teaspoon baking powder |
- Mix together all ingredients. Preheat non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking oil. Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons full onto skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on surface, turn over, continue cooking till browned.
- Makes 14 pancakes.
