Directions
- Dice all peppers and onion.
- Lightly spray foil grill pan with fat-free spray and spread veggies evenly over tray.
- Lay fish on top of veggies and pour lemon juice evenly over all.
- Spritz with fat-free butter spray.
- Grill on low flame until fish flakes easily with a fork.
