Ingredients

lb red potatoes, halved |
| 1/4 |
cup half and half |
| 3 |
tbsp sour cream |
| 1 |
tbsp butter |
| 1/2 |
tsp salt |
| 1/4 |
cup skim milk |
Directions
- Place potatoes in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a gentle boil and cook 15 minutes. Drain and then return to pan.
- Briefly mash potatoes until broken up. Fold in half and half, sour cream, butter, salt and enough milk to reach desired consistency.
