| 2 | tablespoons soy sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons ground ginger |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 2 | cup dole mago peach pineapple juice |
| 2 | teaspoons sesame seeds |
| 16 | oz tofu |
| 1 | tablespoon cornstarch |
- Slice and fry up tofu using cooking spray.
- Meanwhile add all other ingredients but the seeds and corn starch.
- When that boils takes about a tablespoon aside and add to that the cornstarch and mix well( this is done to prevent clumping with the corn starch.
- Mix that paste into the mixture and reduce heat.
- Add more corn starch untill it is thick to your liking. It will not thickin up too much after cooling a bit.
- When the consistency is good add in the sesame seeds and cover the tofu.
- Done!
