Sweet & Sour Tofu Recipe

Low calorie

Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 clove garlic
2 cup dole mago peach pineapple juice
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
16 oz tofu
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
  1. Slice and fry up tofu using cooking spray.

  2. Meanwhile add all other ingredients but the seeds and corn starch.

  3. When that boils takes about a tablespoon aside and add to that the cornstarch and mix well( this is done to prevent clumping with the corn starch.

  4. Mix that paste into the mixture and reduce heat.

  5. Add more corn starch untill it is thick to your liking. It will not thickin up too much after cooling a bit.

  6. When the consistency is good add in the sesame seeds and cover the tofu.

  7. Done!
