tbsp. olive oil |

Directions
- Peel turnips and cut into 1-inch cubes. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add turnip cubes in a single layer. Cover and cook until tender, about 45 minutes. Stir gently from time to time and lower heat if necessary to prevent burning. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot. Serves 4.
