Leftover Stew with Chicken

Makes 20 servings

One roast chicken, cut up, I estimated 2# of meat. Lots of fresh veggies, yum.

Ingredients
4 cups tomato soup
4 cups chicken broth
1 onion
3 stalks celery
1 cup carrots
28 oz chopped tomatoes
2 pounds chicken meat
4 cups potatoes
Directions
  1. Throw it all into a pot and boil, then simmer for 60 minutes or until onion, potato, celery, and onions are soft.
